Floyd & Sharon Saltzman, PT
Floyd & Sharon are the owners of Action Potential Physical Therapy and Balance. They are family oriented small business owners who deeply care for the health and wellbeing of their patients and community.

Lauren Grant, PT, DPT
Lauren is a native of Lake Charles and her first job was at Action Potential after graduating with her doctorate from Texas Women’s University. She has extensive experience in orthopedics and knowledge of manual therapy techniques and specialized exercises to optimize function, balance, and mobility. Lauren and her husband, Brad, and their two children enjoy watching LSU football and playing on the Calcasieu River at her family's camp.

Kimberly Vaussine, PT, DPT
Born and raised in Lake Charles, Kim loves helping patients rediscover their passions. She treats all orthopedic areas, specializing in headaches, facial pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation along with a Dry Needling certification. Kimberly is married to Rudy Vaussine with two sons. They enjoy camping, family time, and hunting for lizards and frogs.

Jared Amiot, PT, DPT
Jared practices at and manages our Oak Park clinic. He worked at Action Potential while in college, later receiving his doctorate at the University of St. Augustine. Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, Ryleigh and Erin. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, watching the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints and playing with their dog, Graham.

Brandon Souileau, PT, DPT
From the small town of Ville Platte, Louisiana, Brandon practices at and manages our Moss Bluff clinic. After graduating from the LSU Medical Center in Shreveport in 2021, he began his tenure with Action Potential. He is trained in Balance and Vertigo, is certified in Dry Needling, and treats all orthopedic areas! Brandon enjoys sports, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, exercising, playing cards, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Fran Emily, PTA

Fran attained her Associate of Applied Sciences/PTA Degree from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC. She currently works at our Oak Park location and loves working one on one with patients to assist them in their rehabilitation process.
Fran is originally from St. Charles, MO, and earned an Associate of Liberal Arts Degree with a major in English from Jefferson College in Hillsboro, MO. She worked at a newspaper prior to becoming a PTA, and loves reading and writing.
